Improvements and fixes in September
We've been busy making a ton of small improvements to Dover. Here are some recent bug fixes and UI/UX improvements we shipped in September:
Improved discoverability of job postings on Google, making it easier for job seekers to find your open roles.
Removed spaces in job board posting URLs.
Enhanced generating job descriptions through Dover with an updated AI model and improved prompts.
Added the option to schedule emails to send ~ 24 hours later instead of sending them immediately.
Updated interview feedback forms to show who submitted feedback across all interview stages.
Streamlined the UI for the AI interview feedback forms features so that they're more intuitive.
Improved the “autofill from rough notes” feature that uses AI to enhance your interview notes on the interview feedback forms.
Displayed the total job count on your Careers Page when there are more than five jobs.
Improved the timezone selector dropdowns.
Prevented deactivated users from being selected as interviewers.
Included the year in candidate detail view for all events that occurred in the previous calendar year.
