Submit interview feedback, anytime
Written feedback from interviews is instrumental in running a structured hiring process.
Now, you can submit interview feedback using our feedback forms feature, even if you're not scheduling interviews using Dover links.
And, you can submit feedback anytime -- you don't have to wait until the interview has been scheduled or completed.
Rejection Reasons
When rejecting candidates, you can now specify a rejection or withdrawal reason.
This is easily viewable on the candidate profile or in aggregate metrics on the Reports page.
Rejection reasons provide visibility into why candidates drop out and where your hiring process can improve. It can also come in handy if you'd like to consider a candidate for a different role in the future.
[Beta] AI Summary for interview feedback in Slack
You can now ask the Dover Assistant, our friendly AI Chatbot, to look up and summarize interview notes and other candidate details right in Slack.
Try it by going to one of the Dover Slack jobs channels and asking:
“@Dover Assistant summarize [Name]’s last interview”
Here’s some other questions you can try:
@Dover Assistant how does my pipeline look for the Sales role?
@Dover Assistant who is Nina Kim?
@Dover Assistant what is Jane Vale's LinkedIn?
